Offline: Visit a PAN Service Provider (PSP) like Protean or UTIITSL with your PAN card, Aadhaar card, and the challan copy showing the Rs. 1,000 fee payment.
Biometric Authentication: If online linking fails, you can visit a PSP center for biometric authentication (additional charges may apply.
